The Seneca College Student Help Desk provides information technology support to all current Seneca College students.

The support is offered via telephone, e-mail or on-site.

By phone:   (416) 493-9867, press 1 for Newnham, 2 for Seneca@York, 3 for King or 4 for Markham.

In Person:   The Student Help Desks are located at 4 campuses as under:

  • Newnham: Building B, Level 2
  • Seneca@York Building SEQ, Level 1
  • King: Garriock Hall, lower level within the King Open Computer Lab
  • Markham: 2nd Floor, Rm# 250
